Faith. Freedom. Confidence
🌿 About Heather Jennings
Hi, I'm Heather Jennings, LLPC, a counselor passionate about helping girls ages 8–13 with ADHD feel understood, confident, and supported. I have a special heart for girls who are bright, creative, sensitive, and full of potential, yet struggle with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, friendship challenges, low self-esteem, or feeling misunderstood.
My counseling approach is warm, strengths-based, and relationship-focused. I believe connection comes before correction, and that girls thrive when they feel safe, seen, accepted, and valued. Through counseling, I help girls develop emotional regulation skills, build confidence, strengthen coping strategies, navigate social relationships, and better understand how their unique brains work.
I also partner with parents, providing support and practical tools to help them better understand and connect with their daughters. My goal is to create a compassionate, encouraging environment where girls can grow in resilience, confidence, and self-understanding while recognizing the strengths they already possess.
